We’ve been sharing how wonderful we find juicing each morning and we’ve recently been re-inspired! We watched  an amazing video called Super Juice Me! It’s Jason Vale’s film about 8 people on a massive amount of medications for their multiple diseases.

Jason and his team put these people on only juice for 28 days and it’s absolutely amazing what those 28 days of juice did. It was very refreshing to spend 90 minutes hearing this very common sense approach.

Here’s a 2 minute version of Jason explaining why juicing is so beneficial.

If you want to watch the full 90-minute documentary, it’s free to view online for the next 7 days.

Let’s share this journey together. This is going to be fun. If you want to be contacted when I post each new recipe, let me know by email or a comment on this post.
