We’ve been sharing how wonderful we find juicing each morning and we’ve recently been re-inspired! We watched an amazing video called Super Juice Me! It’s Jason Vale’s film about 8 people on a massive amount of medications for their multiple diseases.
Jason and his team put these people on only juice for 28 days and it’s absolutely amazing what those 28 days of juice did. It was very refreshing to spend 90 minutes hearing this very common sense approach.

PURIFYING JUICE (Gives two 16 ounce glasses of Juice)
2 stalks Celery
1/2 Fennel bulb
2″ piece fresh Ginger
1 bunch Cilantro, cut off tough lower stems
1 Lime, cut off top and bottom and cut away any tough parts of peel (but leave some on for the micronutrients only in the peel)
4 inch piece of Daikon Radish, peel away any brown parts of skin
3 Granny Smith apples, cut in sections and remove core
