I’m feeling fantastic on Day Four and I’m delighted to share 2 more Juice Recipes. My energy is strong, and I notice my appetite is much less than I thought. I see how I use food for enjoyment more than hunger. This is a wonderful learning. Enjoy these Recipes. I found them very satisfying.
RED AND GREEN DELICIOUSNESS
1 bunch dandelion
3/4 bunch red kale
1 bunch cilantro
1/3 bulb fennel
4 celery stalks
4 Granny Smith apples
1 lime, cut off hard top or bottom of skin
2 inch piece fresh ginger
Fennel bulb is rich in antioxidants, helps reduce inflammation and is an anti-cancer food. Cilantro bind to toxic heavy metals in the body, especially mercury from dental fillings, and loosens them from the tissues. It too is full of antioxidants.
COLLARD HAPPY
1 bunch collard greens
6 carrots
3 stalks celery
3 Granny Smith apples
1/2 zucchini
1/3 bulb fennel
1/2 lemon, cut off hard top or bottom of skin
2 inch piece fresh ginger
Collard greens are a chlorophyll-rich food which help the liver rejuvenate. Zucchini is a natural diuretic. Enjoy.
