Today is the final day. My skin is so radiant even I’m surprised. And today you’ll see three recipes. The day I began the Cleanse I posted only one recipe and the three today wrap it up. I found juicing twice a day, 32 ounces each time, was good. I drank 16 ounces immediately and another 16 ounces a few hours later.
Yesterday I was feeling quite cold and put on some extra layers. My mood was less buoyant than before, and that is worth celebrating. What it means to me is that toxins are clearing from my body. I always feel good about that. It’s been worthwhile and very effective. My clothes are definitely looser, and that wasn’t why I wanted to do this Cleanse. I wanted to see what results it would give and what could be learned.
Today I feel calm, very settled, and extremely clear. I’m so grateful for my body and how it continues to give such wonderful energy and Amazing Health.
PURE VEGETABLE DELICIOUSNESS
1/2 English cucumber
4 inch piece daikon radish
1 bunch cilantro
1 bunch dandelion greens
1 red pepper
3 celery stalks
1/2 lemon, cut off top part of peel
12 drops Habanero pepper sauce
This has been a wonderful adventure exploring the capability of my body to nourish and cleanse itself. I definitely have lost weight. Someone last night said I was becoming a “small” woman in size. Lovely words.
RED KALE AND ALL THE GOOD STUFF
I added the Habarno hot pepper sauce to this one. It was most delicious. I look forward to some warm cooked food tomorrow. Will start with a piece or 2 of fruit and some raw veggie sticks. Then later a veggie soup with a few lentils. Ummmm. It sounds so good just writing about it.
This Cleanse has produced amazing results in the way I look and feel. Juicing is such a miraculous way to feed and cleanse the body. I start new Spring Cleansing Classes next week on the Internet.
