Hello Dear Friends,
I’ve been talking lately with a number of you who are saying the same thing: you love eating delicious, health giving food like we talk about on this blog… but, coming home after a day at work and starting from scratch to make High Nutrient Dense (HND) meals is not what you feel like doing. You want to grab something from the fridge that you can warm and have a delicious meal in about 15 minutes that is going to make you feel great and keep you healthy too. So I’ve designed some new classes around preparing quick, tasty HND meals in just 15 minutes.
My next classes teach HND Middle Eastern Cooking where you’ll prepare exotic, yummy foods that have your senses bursting with delight. You can make these in an evening, put them in the fridge and you’re ready with a number of quick meals for breakfast, lunch or dinner. And they’re delicious because they are high nutrient dense whole foods, so your body is delighted when you eat them.
The list of nutrients in the foods we’ll be cooking is amazing. Collards lower cholesterol and have cancer protecting properties. Mint and Basil promote digestion and are anti-bacterial. Lentils are a great protein source, having as much protein as red meat per ounce, and with no saturated fat. So the foods in our menu give nutrients our bodies love that restore and maintain amazing health.
Join us for one or both classes. They happen Sundays, October 19th, and November 9th from 3 to 4:30 p.m. If you take one the cost is $50. If you sign on for both, the cost is $90.
The classes are taught over the Internet, so you cook in your own kitchen right along with me. You get hands-on experience and all this beautiful food that will provide quick HND meals in 15 minutes.
If you’d like to join us, you’ll receive a grocery list, a prep list for the foods to prepare before class and all the recipes. By preparing the ingredients before class, you cook right along with me, asking any questions that arise as we cook together. At the end of class you’ll enjoy eating the beautiful food and have several quick meals for the next day.
Also, we video the class so you can review it at any time on YouTube. And if you can’t join us live on the Internet, you can watch the video and prepare the various dishes at your leisure.
Class 1–from Syria, Greece and Armenia October 19th, 3 to 4:30 p.m.
• Stuffed Grape Leaves (this filling is also used for stuffed cabbage rolls. You will learn how to make both in class)
