Happily sharing a report with you of all that occurs. Today there were many desires straight off for food, nuts, apples, and avocado. Checking in, there was no hunger at all, just memories of wanting to eat something.
Just washed and soaked Garbanzo beans to cook for Bill, my beloved husband. Will probably make hummus for him. I found the beans beautiful to wash, but no desire for food came up. Last time I did a 7 day water fast, I cooked Christmas dinner for my family and had no desire to taste or eat food. I found that remarkable.
Went outdoors and watered the vegetable garden, then for a walk in the sun. So enjoyed the warmth of the sun and movement. All day I’ve felt a bit cool, so I keep drinking lots of hot water to stay warm. I’ve drunk more than 4 litres so far today, and it’s now 3:00 p.m.
Already I feel lighter and my stomach feels flat. My body responds so quickly to fasting. I love that.
Have a subtle undertone of headache. That could be toxins releasing—great news. Bill and I travel this evening to attend a Balanced View meeting. Will give you an update on what’s happened at the end of the evening.
It’s 11:00 p.m. and we’re home now. No hunger. No memories of food. Just a little light headed. The headache fully disappeared late this evening. I’ve drunk 6 litres of water today, so we’ll see what tomorrow brings.
