I’m excited to share the best Anti-Inflammatory Remedy I know. My Sister recently changed her eating to High Nutrient Dense, Organic, Whole Foods to rid herself of rheumatoid arthritis. Turmeric Tea Recipe
In a mug, combine the following:
1/2 teaspoon dried Turmeric
Several thin slices of fresh Ginger
Freshly ground Black Pepper
1 teaspoon Coconut Oil or Avocado Oil
Purified Hot Water
Stir well after adding all ingredients and enjoy.

Question does your sister can eat red pepper, tomatoes and night shade vegetables with her artritis ?
Hi Toni, I encourage people with arthritis to be careful with nightshade vegetables. Experiment with these foods and see how your body responds. We are all so unique, one rule can never be ideal for everyone. She can have a few tomatoes in Summer and is okay, but she doesn’t overdo them.
