There are three components in the Third Key to Great Health. First is green vegetables. Join us to learn all three components:
So eat lots of green veggies for higher nutrients and add some nuts or one of our oil-free dressings in the “Recipes” tab above. They taste amazing.
Then fruit is important. Enjoy 3 or 4 fresh fruits daily. Apples are especially good for supporting our Liver.
Last is whole food oils–avocado, nuts and seeds, ground flax and chia seeds. Go light on the free oils, oils in a bottle. They tax the liver to digest.

The recipe is a very delicious fruit salad. It’s filling and can be used as a meal. Enjoy!

Fruit Salad (Serves 2 to 3)
2 apples, cubed
1 lemon, juiced and poured over apples to keep fresh
1 pineapple, cubed or a container of fresh pineapple chunks
Very large bunch of green grapes
3 stalks celery diced
1 head of Romaine lettuce torn in medium pieces
1⁄2 cup walnuts
1 teaspoon avocado or olive oil (optional, not necessary)
sea salt to taste (start with 1⁄4 teaspoon)
Mix everything in a large salad bowl, toss lightly and serve.
