Love For Your Liver Salad (Serves 1)
1/2 container of mixed green sprouts, these become your lettuce
1 carrot, diced
1 celery stalk, sliced in diagonal slices
1/2 red pepper, diced
1 small tomato, cut in cubes
1 apple, diced
Large handful of grapes (green or red)
1/2 avocado, cut in cubes
1/4 cup sunflower or pumpkin seeds
1 orange, juiced and drizzled over salad
Thin slices of red onion for garnish
Place sprouts in an open bowl or plate.
Add all veggies, fruits and seeds.
Drizzle with orange juice.
Add red onion for garnish.
Enjoy, it is delicious and a great support to the liver.
