Today’s recipe is another oil free Caesar Salad Dressing. I sent you one several weeks ago, and this one is so much better. Oil free dressings are much healthier and great support for slenderness.

Caesar Salad Oil Free Dressing
1/2 cup raw cashews
1 large garlic clove
2 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice
2 teaspoons capers, drained
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 cup purified water
freshly ground black pepper
pinch of sea salt
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serve.
