Very Berry Salad (Serves 1)
- Bed of lettuce for a 9-inch bowl
- 6 strawberries, sliced
- ½ small container blueberries, washed
- 6 grapes, cut in half
- 6 pineapple chunks
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seed
- Broccoli sprouts (optional as garnish)
- Balsamic vinegar
Prepare the bed of lettuce in a 9-inch bowl. Add celery, strawberries, blueberries, grapes, pineapple and sunflower seeds.
Dress with Balsamic vinegar, adding a small handful of broccoli sprouts for garnish.
