This is very filling and delicious. The nutritional yeast gives it a cheesy taste.
Cruciferous Salad (Serves 2)
- 1/4 red cabbage, grated or cut fine
- 1/4 green cabbage, grated or cut fine
- 4 carrots, cut in thin round
- 4 radishes, sliced
- 1 cucumber, cut in quarter cubes
- 1/4 small cauliflower, cut in small pieces
- 2 tomatoes, cubed
- 1/2 red onion, cut in half moons
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and veins removed, diced
- 2 avocados, cubed
- Nutritional yeast
- 1 large lemon, juiced
- Ground black pepper
In a large open bowl add the cabbage and then all other ingredients.
Sprinkle with lots of nutritional yeast, lemon juice and ground black pepper.
