Another quick & easy dish that can be on the table in 15 minutes if you're in a hurry.
This is really tasty. Make it and see. It just may become a favourite.
Quick & Easy Broccoli & Cauliflower (12 minutes with an air fryer – Serves 2-3)
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 330 g package of frozen broccoli (1½ cups of fresh if prepping fresh)
- 330 g package of frozen cauliflower (1½ cups of fresh if prepping fresh)
The quickest way to cook these is in an air fryer but they turn out great baking in the oven too. If baking in the oven, preheat to 400º F.
Add all ingredients except the veggies to a medium sized bowl and mix well. It will be a thick paste.
Add the veggies and mix well to coat them evenly.
Air Fryer method: Put the veggies into the fryer pan with parchment paper and fry for 12 minutes at 375º F.
Oven method: Put the veggies into an 8” x 12” parchment lined baking dish (for easy clean up) at 400º F. and bake for 20 minutes.
